This Privacy Policy describes how Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC uses information accessed through the Lowcountry Getaway Monthly Close Reconciliation tool.

Purpose of the tool

The tool is used for internal accounting, reconciliation, monthly close review, and related financial operations.

The tool may connect authorized QuickBooks Online company files to a private Google Sheets monthly close workbook. It may also combine QuickBooks Online data with internal reservation, payout, and financial close data from systems used by Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC.

Information accessed

After authorization by an approved QuickBooks Online administrator, the tool may access QuickBooks Online accounting data needed for reconciliation and review, including:

Company information
Chart of accounts
Classes
Deposits
Journal entries
Transaction details related to monthly close review
Other accounting records needed to reconcile reservation, payout, and deposit activity

How information is used

Information accessed by the tool is used only for internal business purposes, including:

Monthly close reconciliation
Deposit and payout matching
Class-level accounting review
Financial exception review
Journal-entry and bookkeeping review
Internal reporting and quality control

Data sharing

Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC does not sell data accessed by this tool.

Data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Access is limited to authorized staff, accounting personnel, and approved service providers assisting with internal accounting or financial operations.

Data storage

The tool may store selected reconciliation outputs in a private Google Sheets workbook and related Google Apps Script project controlled by Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC.

API credentials and authorization tokens should be stored only in secure script or application settings and should not be placed in public pages or spreadsheet cells.

Access and disconnection

Access to QuickBooks Online data may be revoked by disconnecting the app from the QuickBooks Online company file or by contacting Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC.

After disconnection, the tool will no longer be able to retrieve QuickBooks Online data unless the connection is reauthorized.
