Terms of Use for Lowcountry Getaway Monthly Close Reconciliation

These Terms of Use apply to the Lowcountry Getaway Monthly Close Reconciliation tool.
Internal use only
This tool is provided only for authorized users of Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC.
The tool may be used solely for internal accounting, reconciliation, monthly close, financial review, and related business purposes.
Authorized users
Users may include authorized Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC staff, accounting personnel, and approved service providers assisting with internal financial operations.
Users may not share access credentials, copy API credentials, export data for unauthorized purposes, or use the tool outside the scope of approved company financial operations.
QuickBooks Online connection
The tool may connect to QuickBooks Online company files only after authorization by an approved QuickBooks Online administrator.
By authorizing or using the tool, users acknowledge that selected QuickBooks Online accounting data may be retrieved and used for internal reconciliation and financial review.
Data protection
Users are responsible for protecting confidential financial information accessed through the tool.
Users must not place API credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, or other sensitive credentials in public pages, unsecured documents, or spreadsheet cells.
No external distribution
The tool is not intended for sale, resale, public distribution, or use by unauthorized third parties.
Availability and changes
The tool is provided as-is for internal business use.
Lowcountry Getaway Management LLC may modify, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to the tool at any time.
