Is parking available at the property?
Yes - the property has a garage and private driveway which provides free off street parking for up to 5 vehicles.
What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We offer a convenient self-check-in process using a smart lock with a unique keyless entry code, which will be sent prior to your arrival.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. This depends on whether other guests are arriving or departing on the same day. Please contact us ahead of time to check availability.
Is luggage storage available at the property?
We can accommodate early luggage drop-off prior to check-in, please reach out in advance to make arrangements. However, we do not offer luggage storage after check-out. If needed, we can recommend local luggage storage services for your convenience.
Does the property have beach access?
Yes - the public beach access is conveniently located directly across the street.
Do you provide beach equipment?
Yes - we provide all the necessary beach equipment for your vacation, including beach towels, beach chairs, a beach tent, a beach blanket, a beach wagon, a hard cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, and games.
Can the salt water pool be heated?
Yes - we provide the option to heat the pool. It costs $100 per day and has a max temp of 88°. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this amenity.
How far is the property from downtown Folly Beach?
The property is ideally located at 1502A E Ashley Ave, a quick 7-minute ride to downtown Folly Beach. For a fun adventure, we recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area.
How is payment handled for the reservation?
A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to check-in. For reservations made within 60 days of check-in, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards only; cash and checks are not accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, your deposit is 100% refundable. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you cancel within 60 days of check-in, no refund will be given and the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
What is the hurricane policy for the property?
In the event of a hurricane or severe weather conditions, we follow local guidelines and government advisories. If a mandatory evacuation is issued, we will offer a full refund for any nights affected by the evacuation. If you choose to cancel due to a hurricane warning or inclement weather, please refer to our cancellation policy for any applicable charges. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen weather-related issues.
Are pets allowed at the property?
No - pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. However, certified service dogs specifically trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome.
Do you offer military discounts?
We appreciate your service, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discount on the rate. We always provide our best pricing upfront, so we are unable to offer further discounts.
